Build Models That Actually Work

Financial modeling isn't about fancy spreadsheets. It's about understanding how businesses make money and what happens when variables change. Most analysts struggle because they learn formulas without context.

Our program focuses on practical modeling for real decisions. You'll work through actual scenarios that analysts face—valuation projects, budget forecasts, scenario planning. The kind of work that lands on your desk when stakeholders need answers fast.

We started this program in 2019 after seeing too many capable people stuck because they couldn't translate theory into usable models. Since then, we've helped over 340 analysts across Thailand build skills they use every week.

How We Got Here

Started small, focused on what actually helps analysts do better work.

1
March 2019

First Cohort in Bangkok

Launched with 18 participants and a simple goal: teach modeling that people would actually use. Ran evening sessions twice a week, focused entirely on hands-on work. No theory lectures—just building models together.

2
October 2020

Remote Learning Pivot

Moved everything online during lockdowns. Worried it wouldn't work, but discovered something useful: recorded sessions meant people could review complex sections. Added office hours for questions. Enrollment grew to 45 per cohort.

3
June 2022

Industry Partnership Model

Started working directly with finance teams at mid-sized companies. They'd send 4-6 analysts through together. Better outcomes because participants could discuss real projects from their own workplace. Now half our cohorts come through company partnerships.

4
February 2024

Advanced Track Launch

Created follow-up program for alumni wanting deeper skills. Covers complex valuation, merger modeling, and custom dashboard building. Runs quarterly with smaller groups of 12-15 people.

5
Looking Ahead

2025-2026 Expansion

Planning specialized tracks for specific industries—real estate finance, manufacturing, retail analytics. First cohorts start September 2025. Also developing mentor matching so experienced alumni can guide newer participants.

What Participants Experience

Numbers from our past six cohorts. These represent actual outcomes, not hypotheticals.

12
Weeks to Completion

Average time from start to building independent models. Most people complete within 10-14 weeks depending on their schedule.

340+
Analysts Trained

Total participants since 2019. About 65% work in corporate finance, 25% in banking, and 10% in consulting roles across Thailand.

8
Projects Per Cohort

Hands-on modeling assignments. Each one based on real scenarios—valuation cases, budget builds, forecast models that mirror actual work.

4.2
Months Average Application

Time from program completion until participants report using learned techniques in their regular work. Most apply skills within their first month back.

Who Teaches This

Two instructors who've spent years doing the work they teach. Both started as analysts and moved into roles where modeling was daily work.

Siriporn Kaewmani, lead instructor and financial modeling specialist

Siriporn Kaewmani

Lead Instructor, Valuation Focus

Spent eight years at a regional bank doing M&A valuations before switching to teaching. Her approach: build models the way you'd actually present them to executives. No overcomplicated sheets that nobody can follow. Currently works with three Bangkok firms as modeling consultant while running our core program.

Nattaporn Srisawat, financial planning instructor and corporate finance specialist

Nattaporn Srisawat

Financial Planning Instructor

Background in FP&A at manufacturing companies. Teaches budgeting and forecasting sections because that's where she spent a decade building models for operations teams. Known for showing multiple ways to solve the same problem—lets you pick the approach that fits your situation best.

Next Cohort Starts October 2025

Applications open in July. Program runs 12 weeks with evening sessions. Limited to 35 participants so everyone gets direct feedback on their work. If you're an analyst who wants to build more useful models, this might fit.
